Taking Over Chats
In case you feel like you need to take over a chat, both from the Web Chat and WhatsApp campaigns you can easily do it from the Conversation tab.

In case you feel like you need to take over a chat, both from the Web Chat and WhatsApp campaigns you can easily do it from the Conversation tab.

You select the chat you want to take over and you click on the top right corner button "Take Over".
It will allow you to send messages to your customers (both on Web and WhatsApp).
As soon as you want the AI to take over again, you just click on "Enable AI Replies".
