Zipchat can be integrated with Zendesk to ensure that conversations requiring human support are automatically forwarded as tickets, allowing your team to respond directly within Zendesk.
Setting Up the Integration
To integrate Zipchat with Zendesk, follow these steps:
Go to Zipchat > AI Training > Prompt in Tool and scroll down to the Tool section. Locate the feature labeled Escalate Conversation and activate it.
Under Notifications for Escalations, toggle on In-App Notifications and Email Notifications. Enter the email address associated with your Zendesk account.
Once configured, any conversation that Zipchat is unable to resolve automatically will be escalated. These escalated chats will be forwarded to your specified email and appear as a ticket in Zendesk. Your support team can then respond directly from Zendesk, ensuring seamless communication with your customers.
