Collecting Phone Numbers with Zipchat

At the moment, Zipchat collects phone numbers exclusively through the WhatsApp channel. The lead generation pop-up does not yet support phone number collection.

To start collecting phone numbers via WhatsApp:

1. Set up the WhatsApp channel in Zipchat.

2. Once configured, Zipchat will automatically capture the phone numbers of any customers who message you via WhatsApp.

3. You can view them under Zipchat > Contacts > Phone Numbers.

4. If needed, you can export the list as a CSV file directly from that section.
