Install the Zipchat Script (Shopify)

Installing the ZipChat script on your Shopify store is quick and easy.

First, go to Chat Settings and click on Update Visibility. Make sure the chat bubble is enabled for both desktop and mobile.

Next, still within Chat Settings, navigate to Scripts and Integrations. In this section, you’ll find an area labeled Chat Bubble Script.

There, you’ll see a link that will redirect you directly to Shopify, under the App Embeds section.

Simply enable ZipChat from the list of available apps and click Save.

That’s it — ZipChat will now be live and visible on your website.
