Key Customization Options

1. AI Agent Personalization

  • Name of Your AI Agent: Set a relatable name and role for your chatbot. Example: Luca from [BRAND NAME] | Online.

  • Avatar: Upload an avatar or photo to give your chatbot a human touch. Tip: Use a friendly and approachable image to build trust.


2. Welcome Message

  • Create a warm, inviting first impression with a custom message. Example: "Welcome to [BRAND NAME] 😎! I'm Luca, how can I help you today?"


3. Predefined Messages (Chat Starters)

  • Add quick-action buttons to guide users into specific conversations. Examples:

    • "Product Recommendation"

    • "Order Tracking"

    • "Gift Ideas"

  • These messages make it easier for customers to engage without typing, improving efficiency and interaction rates.


4. Placeholder Message

  • Set a placeholder in the input field to guide users on what to type. Example: "Write a message."


5. Chat Widget Customization

  • Bubble Size: Adjust the chat bubble to "Large" for better visibility.
